Job Description

• Manage commercial construction projects including ground-up builds and interior renovations
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting
• Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and coordination
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions
• Lead project turnover and closeout processes

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven experience with Class A office, healthcare, and/or higher education projects
• Experience managing both ground-up construction and interior build-outs
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large project teams
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
