RC Andersen, part of the STO Building Group, is hiring a Superintendent to support our industrial projects in Georgia. The role focuses on timely, cost‑effective field coordination, quality control, and day‑to‑day supervision of subcontracted work forces across construction projects.

• Prepare the project schedule and maintain accurate status reports.
• Coordinate field activities, ensuring quality control and supervision of subcontracted work forces.
• Review project status and progress with the Project Manager and client representatives on a regular basis.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and requirements to ensure all workmanship and equipment use comply with regulations.
• Direct subcontractor activities within ground‑up construction projects.
• Analyze manpower, material, and equipment requirements and interface these needs with supervising superintendents.
• Implement and enforce established policies, procedures, and work rules as directed by field construction management.
• Prepare reports and forecasts, keeping supervisors informed of overall progress.
• Coordinate Lock‑out/Tag‑out procedures with responsible subcontractors for utilities such as nitrogen, vacuum, compressed air, RODI, and steam.
• Manage QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with client engineering specifications or requirements.

• At least 5 years of field experience.
• Previous supervisory experience as a General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $175,000
