We’re partnered with a well-established, growing general contractor that’s actively hiring a Project Manager to lead ground-up builds across the Atlanta area.
If you take pride in owning projects from sitework to turnover — and want to be part of a tight-knit, experienced team delivering high-quality builds — this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and make an immediate impact.
The Role:- Steady pipeline of ground-up commercial and industrial projects throughout the Southeast
- Full project ownership from inception to closeout
- Collaborate closely with field teams to drive day-to-day execution
- Mid-sized, well-supported team with direct access to leadership
- 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong track record overseeing budgets, schedules, subs, and site logisticsilist>
- Familiarity with concrete, steel, or tilt-wall builds is a major plus
- A hands‑on, solution‑oriented PM who thrives in a fast‑paced build environment
