Commercial Construction Site Laborer (Seasonal)

We need a hardworking, safety‑focused laborer in the Atlanta, Georgia area to support a variety of tenant improvement, base building, specialty, and new construction projects. The role involves physical labor at varying heights and in all weather conditions, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean and safe job site.

• Perform strenuous manual labor in commercial construction settings, including onsite work.
• Cleans and prepares job sites: remove trash, rubble, waste, debris; vacuum, sweep, wipe down, and mop.
• Maintain a clean job site: install protection and signage, organize and secure tools and equipment, eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Cleans and stocks restrooms, bathrooms, and temporary facilities.
• Sets up and maintains office trailers, construction entrances, and grounds keeping.
• Installs and maintains temporary fencing and gates.
• Erects and disassembles ladders, scaffolding, barriers, and other temporary structures.
• Loads and unloads trucks, carrying material up to 75 pounds on one’s own and up to 150 pounds with assistance.
• Performs materials handling and storage.
• Performs landscaping duties: pull weeds, hedge bushes and trees, mow.
• Digs holes, ditches, and trenches.
• Shovels dirt, gravel, and snow.
• Uses and relocates pumps, generators, and hoses for water removal, tank filling, or surface cleaning.
• Molds, mixes, pours, and smooths concrete.
• Grades, scrapes, sands, and polishes construction materials such as drywall, wood, concrete, and terrazzo.
• Applies paint to surfaces including wood, metal, walls, sidewalks, and curbs.
• Provides foot traffic and vehicle traffic control, flagger coordination.
• Operates and maintains material hoists.
• Escorts and provides security and monitoring for personnel and equipment.
• Assists carpenters and other trades as needed.
• Performs administrative tasks onsite or in the office to facilitate ongoing operations.
