Construction Manager for Contract Work in Atlanta, Georgia

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our upcoming project in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Contract Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from initial planning and budgeting to final completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per week.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Hire, train, and supervise construction workers on site
• Review and approve all invoices and expenses related to the project

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and methods
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
• Familiarity with construction software for project management (e.g., Procore)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Atlanta
