Job Details Responsibilities:
Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities from conception to completion.Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all work is carried out within financial parameters.Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications, ensuring all construction work aligns with design intent.Manage on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and enforcing strict safety standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of workmanship.Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, ensuring smooth progression of the project.Prepare and present regular project reports, keeping stakeholders informed of project status and any changes.Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the industrial construction sector.Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and principles.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.Proven experience in budget and risk management.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in construction software programs.A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety training is a plus.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
