Job Description

Experience: Senior Level

Salary: $85,000 - $155,000 per year

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all work is carried out within financial parameters.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications, ensuring all construction work aligns with design intent.
• Manage on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and enforcing strict safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of workmanship.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, ensuring smooth progression of the project.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, keeping stakeholders informed of project status and any changes.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the industrial construction sector.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and principles.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proven experience in budget and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction software programs.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety training is a plus.
