Overview

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling MEP Superintendent to join our team. The role involves managing subcontractor performance, developing CPM schedules, overseeing budgets and safety programs, reviewing design documents, leading QC, and value‑engineering projects while traveling as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractor performance.
  • Develop and track CPM schedules.
  • Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
  • Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
  • Assist project team with material procurement processes and incorporate them into the master schedule.
  • Establish and monitor QC program.
  • Value‑engineer throughout projects.
  • Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
  • Travel for projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of MEP experience in data center construction.
  • Post‑high‑school education or equivalent in the construction field.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random testing.
  • Working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes.
  • Experience creating and managing an MS Project schedule.
  • Familiarity with the construction market, especially with Senior Living and Hospitality projects.
  • Ability to speak Spanish (a plus but not required).
