Project Superintendent Compensation & Benefits
- Salary plus OT: $70,000 - $90,000
- Truck allowance

- Bonuses depending on project completion
- Manage the day-to-day field operations of luxury custom home construction projects.
- Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
- Review construction plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site while enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate inspections with local building officials and regulatory agencies.
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project progress, schedule updates, and potential concerns to the VP of Construction and project team.
- Verify material deliveries and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and field records.
- Foster positive working relationships with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and trade partners.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing high-end residential or luxury custom home projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, building systems, and construction sequencing.
- OSHA 10-hour (or willing to get it).
- GA GSWCC Level 1A (or willing to get it).
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and national building codes.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
