We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the field operations for high-end custom home projects ranging from $1M $10M. This Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest level of craftsmanship.

• Manage day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Ensure quality control and adherence to high-end finish standards
• Maintain jobsite safety and compliance
• Utilize construction technology/software to track progress and updates
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and homeowners
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues

• 10+ years of residential construction experience, with a focus on luxury custom homes ($1M $10M)
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on high-end builds
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
• Tech-savvy with experience using construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented Superintendent who takes pride in craftsmanship
• Strong ability to manage high-end client expectations
• Organized, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
• Ability to lead teams and maintain efficient, clean jobsites
