Job Overview
Hard Hat is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators for projects in the Atlanta area.
Specialized PositionsWe are specifically needing Mini Excavator Operators and certified LULL/Telehandler Operators.
Requirements- Have existing experience operating heavy equipment in clearing, grading, backfill, underground piping, plumbing or utility work.
- Read and understand grade stakes for grade checking and alignment using GPS, lasers, levels, and string line.
- Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in a hands‑on construction environment.
- Familiarity with general construction site safety requirements.
- Must be willing to perform manual labor when not operating.
- Willing to work hard, follow instructions and learn.
