MJR Recruiting is seeking a Senior Estimator for a prominent Atlanta-area site development contractor. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in estimating for site construction and heavy civil projects, particularly in the $4M-$30M range. The Senior Estimator will enjoy autonomy and direct access to leadership while building complete estimates across multiple scopes of work.
Compensation is competitive, with a base salary ranging from $130K to $170K plus potential bonuses. Candidates with a strong background in civil contract estimating and the ability to work independently are encouraged to apply.
