Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Compensation: Up to $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits

A respected commercial glass and glazing contractor is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in the Atlanta market.

This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with clients, field operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The company maintains a strong backlog of work throughout the Southeast and is looking for an individual who can step in and immediately contribute to ongoing and upcoming commercial glazing projects.

• Manage commercial glass and glazing projects from award through final completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Review contract documents, shop drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Coordinate with estimating, drafting, procurement, fabrication, and field installation teams
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and material procurement activities
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client and general contractor relationships
• Track project progress and proactively identify potential challenges
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, closeout documentation, and project reporting
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

Candidates should have experience managing commercial glazing projects involving a combination of:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within the commercial glass and glazing industry
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of glazing systems, fabrication processes, installation sequencing, and project execution
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD preferred
• Self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
