This organization operates as an integrated developer, design-builder, and construction partner, delivering large-scale commercial projects across multiple markets nationwide.
This is an opportunity to work on the ownership/developer side while still remaining heavily involved in the full construction lifecycle giving professionals exposure to a broader business perspective, long-term project strategy, and direct collaboration with development leadership.

Position OverviewSeeking both:
- Project Manager
- Two Associate Project Managers
Ideal candidates will come from a commercial general contractor or developer-builder background with experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

- Mission Critical & Specialty Commercial Projects
- Bachelor's degree required (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred)
- Experience working for a commercial general contractor, design-builder, or developer-builder
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with negotiated/private commercial work preferred
- Proficiency with construction software and project management platforms
- Preconstruction involvement and budgeting experience
- Design-build project delivery experience
- Knowledge of contract administration and risk management
- Experience working on large, complex commercial projects
- Ability to lead meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors
