This organization operates as an integrated developer, design-builder, and construction partner, delivering large-scale commercial projects across multiple markets nationwide.

This is an opportunity to work on the ownership/developer side while still remaining heavily involved in the full construction lifecycle giving professionals exposure to a broader business perspective, long-term project strategy, and direct collaboration with development leadership.

The company has an established national footprint, annual construction volume exceeding $1B+, and a strong backlog of negotiated work across several high-growth sectors. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Position Overview

Seeking both:

  • Project Manager
  • Two Associate Project Managers

Ideal candidates will come from a commercial general contractor or developer-builder background with experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Mission Critical & Specialty Commercial Projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred)
  • Experience working for a commercial general contractor, design-builder, or developer-builder
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with negotiated/private commercial work preferred
  • Proficiency with construction software and project management platforms
Preferred Skills
  • Preconstruction involvement and budgeting experience
  • Design-build project delivery experience
  • Knowledge of contract administration and risk management
  • Experience working on large, complex commercial projects
  • Ability to lead meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors
