Join Charles Abbott Associates (CAA) and enjoy the career of your dreams! We’re seeking a Building Inspector to work for several of our clients in Pickens and Bartow Counties to perform inspections of commercial, industrial and residential construction.
What You’ll Do- Inspect structural, plumbing, mechanical & electrical work on public and private projects
- Issue notices, keep thorough records, and assist with plan check & front‑counter questions
- 3+ years’ inspection or construction experience
- Associate’s in Building Inspection Tech (or equivalent experience)
- Working knowledge of national codes, zoning & accessibility regulations
- ICC Building Inspector certification (or on track to obtain) preferred
- Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance

- $24.00–$29.00/hour
