Project Manager, Light Industrial Construction

We are a growing commercial construction firm specializing in industrial builds, interior finish-outs, and ground-up construction. With a reputation for delivering quality-driven solutions and maintaining strong client relationships, we are expanding our presence in the Atlanta area and seeking experienced professionals to help lead that growth.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role involves full responsibility for project execution — including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control — while ensuring high standards of safety, client satisfaction, and team performance.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and project specifications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
• Monitor job site progress through regular visits, meetings, and reporting
• Handle project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, or challenges proactively
• Maintain a high level of communication and coordination across all project stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven experience managing interior build-outs, industrial, or ground-up projects
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites in the Atlanta area
