We are a growing commercial construction firm specializing in industrial builds, interior finish-outs, and ground-up construction. Position SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role involves full responsibility for project execution — including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control — while ensuring high standards of safety, client satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and project specifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
- Monitor job site progress through regular visits, meetings, and reporting
- Handle project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, or challenges proactively
- Maintain a high level of communication and coordination across all project stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven experience managing interior build-outs, industrial, or ground-up projects
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites in the Atlanta area
