Traveling Superintendent Atlanta, GA Full-Time On-Site

$125,000 - $155,000 /yr

We are a well established real estate development and construction organization with a strong presence across the Southeastern United States. We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee field operations for major multifamily projects in the Atlanta & Charleston markets. This is a key number two Superintendent role reporting to the Lead to eventually start leading their own projects.

• Provide full on site leadership for all phases of construction from site work through final completion
• Manage daily coordination with trade partners field staff and project leadership
• Maintain strict quality standards and ensure all work meets plans specifications and safety requirements
• Oversee site logistics scheduling inspections and daily reporting
• Identify challenges early and work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Foster a positive team culture built on communication accountability and professionalism
• Ensure that the project stays aligned with the overall schedule budget and design intent

• Proven experience as a Superintendent leading ground up multifamily projects
• Strong understanding of construction means methods and sequencing
• Ability to lead motivate and communicate clearly with field teams and trade partners
• Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to site management
• Knowledge of building codes inspections safety practices and industry standards
• Proficiency with construction management and reporting software

• Base ($125,000-$155,000) + Bonus
• Per Diem + Auto, Cell stipends
