  • Support acquisition and development efforts by providing early-stage construction budgeting, scheduling input, and technical guidance.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal stakeholders on project risks, trade-offs, and decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Construction Managers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and development support.
  • Travel within the region to oversee active projects and market activity.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably industrial real estate, with demonstrated responsibility for managing projects across multiple stages of construction.
  • Strong technical background in industrial and/or commercial construction, including new construction, renovations, redevelopments, and tenant improvements.
  • Proven ability to review and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and timelines.
  • Experience reviewing lease documentation and understanding its impact on construction scope, schedule, and cost.
