• Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site activities, providing leadership and guidance to the construction team.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong emphasis on data center projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
