Stansell Construction in Atlanta, GA seeks an Estimator to join our team. The estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates for QSR ground-up and remodel projects, review drawings, specs, and brand standards, and coordinate with Estimating Manager and Project Managers.
You will solicit bids, analyze subcontractor bids, develop bid documents, support change orders, and maintain organized estimating files. 2–5 years of experience and a BS in construction management preferred.
