Superintendent – Multifamily

Location:

Quincy, MA Pay: $120,000 – $160,000+ DOE

Schedule:

Full-time | On-site

We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing General Contractor known for delivering high-quality multifamily projects across New England. With a strong pipeline of ground-up work and a culture that values collaboration, they stand out for their stability, team-first mindset, and long-standing subcontractor relationships.

What you get to do:

• Lead field operations on multifamily ground-up construction projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries
• Enforce safety, quality, and production standards
• Maintain daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and project documentation
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to keep projects on track

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent with a General Contractor

• Proven experience on ground-up multifamily projects (wood frame, podium, or steel/concrete)

• Strong understanding of site logistics and construction safety (OSHA knowledge a must)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and scheduling skills

• Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $160,000+ depending on experience
