Site Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Description
OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast‑paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent – Modular who will support daily field operations and help achieve departmental goals. The role facilitates communication among field teams and trade partners, including self‑perform team members, promotes a collaborative and solution‑oriented work environment, reinforces adherence to safety and quality standards, and contributes to accurate project documentation and reporting.
The candidate will also support identification and coordination of prefabrication opportunities by integrating prefabricated components into field execution plans. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Supports the management and development of a team of field operations individuals, fostering skill growth and ensuring quality performance under guidance.
- Supervises daily site activities and applies sound judgment in implementing quality control measures, resolving routine issues and supporting solutions to unique field challenges to ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols.
- Manages coordination of delivery and allocation of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.
- Monitors accurate daily logs and progress reports to document project activities and issues.
- Communicates routine updates and concerns to project leadership, enabling timely resolution of challenges.
- Participates in or leads safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce a culture of accountability.
- Supports field teams, including self‑perform, in addressing routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters as needed.
- Creates and manages project schedules.
- Coordinates with and monitors prefabrication facility quality, inventory, and progress. Provides support to prefabrication partners as needed.
- Travel is expected; flexibility is required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
- OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
