Support daily field operations on commercial construction projects from start to finish.

• Assist the Superintendent with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, site logistics, safety, and quality control.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and productive jobsite.
• Communicate with subcontractors, trade partners, Project Managers, and field leadership to keep work moving forward.
• Review plans, track progress, and help identify issues before they impact the schedule.
• Gain valuable field experience while developing into a future Superintendent.

• 2+ years of commercial construction field experience preferred.
• Experience working on ground‑up commercial construction projects is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, plans, sequencing, safety, and jobsite operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support the team wherever needed.
• A professional, dependable approach with a commitment to safety and quality.
