Lead critical water infrastructure projects that serve millions.

Are you a proven leader in heavy civil or utility construction ready to take ownership of essential water infrastructure projects across the Southeast? Join a well‑established civil contractor with deep roots in the region and a growing project portfolio in wastewater, stormwater, and public utility systems. You’ll manage complex infrastructure projects that directly support public health, sustainability, and regional development — while advancing your leadership career.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Own all phases of major water infrastructure projects from precon to closeout
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, procurement plans, and schedules
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams and subcontractors to deliver on scope, time, and quality
  • Serve as the main liaison for clients, partners, and internal leadership
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and successful project documentation
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and succession planning
  • Relocate or travel within the Southeast based on project demand
What You Bring
  • 7+ years in project management, preferably in water or utility infrastructure
  • Proven success leading field teams and subcontractors on civil construction projects
  • Experience working for a general contractor (not owner‑side or EPC‑only roles)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and documentation
  • Solid communication and leadership skills in client‑facing roles
  • Willingness to travel or relocate within the Southeast
Why Join This Team?
  • Earn competitively – $120,000–$165,000 base + bonus potential
  • Drive with freedom – Company truck or vehicle allowance + fuel card
  • Recharge with purpose – 15+ days PTO + 8 holidays
  • Protect your future – Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match
  • Balance your life – FSA, parental leave, commuter & transit perks
  • Stay resilient – Disability, life insurance, and EAP mental health support
  • Grow your career – Work for a forward‑thinking, people‑focused contractor with long‑term regional growth
Why Now?

The Southeast’s water infrastructure market is undergoing major public investment — and skilled project leaders are in high demand. This is your chance to make an impact, shape your legacy, and work with a company that values initiative, rewards results, and puts its people first.

How to Apply
