Project Engineer- Field

Balfour Beatty in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Engineer – Field to join our team. The Project Engineer – Field assists the Project Manager with the planning and daily execution of the construction project.

• Preconstruction Services
• Project Start-up and Scheduling
• Project Administration, Coordination, and Close-out
• Promote Customer Relations
• Promote Culture, Leadership and Employee Development

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science or Construction Management
• 1 year or more of commercial construction experience
• Proficiency with a personal computer and company communication tools such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook)

• 2 years or more of commercial construction field experience preferred, but not required
• RFI experience
• Experience with change orders
• Experience with punch-lists
• Assisting with sub-contractor meeting minutes
