Client: Our client is a growing regional General Contractor delivering complex commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and higher education projects throughout Georgia.
Responsibilities- Lead complete estimating efforts on projects up to $100M
- Develop conceptual budgets and detailed cost estimates
- Manage subcontractor bidding and scope reviews
- Lead value engineering discussions
- Present estimates to executive leadership and clients
- Support preconstruction strategy throughout project development
- 7+ years of estimating experience with a General Contract
- Strong understanding of conceptual estimating and GMP development
- Excellent subcontractor relationships throughout the Atlanta market
- Experience with Bluebeam, OST, Destini, or similar software
