Project Scheduler

Rohadfox Construction Control Services is seeking a Project Scheduler with expertise in construction project management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or construction management and will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling of our large-scale design-procurement-construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects by preparing detailed schedules, monitoring project progress, and providing analytical support to project teams.

Previous experience in a transportation or airport construction project environment is a plus. Pay will be commensurate with years of experience for a less senior level Scheduler. This is expected to be primarily an on-site position, unless otherwise indicated. Must live within commuting distance of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport work location.

University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Safety training (minimum OSHA 10-Hour) is preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably on large-scale projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with PMWeb or other Project Controls Software is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently without close supervision.

• On-site office environment-This is not a remote position
• Participation in project meetings and collaborative sessions with project stakeholders.

This position reports administratively to the Lead Scheduler and will work collaboratively with Area Construction Managers, Resident Engineers, and other project team members.
