The individual will lead change management processes, evaluate and negotiate change orders, and maintain rigorous cost control throughout the construction lifecycle. Responsibilities include providing detailed cost analysis, managing contingency tracking, and enforcing commercial governance frameworks.

The position requires coordinating inputs from various stakeholders, including design teams and contractors, to ensure cost transparency and accuracy. Additionally, the role entails producing monthly cost reports, supporting final account closeouts, and mentoring team members on best practices.##

Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 57 years of experience in cost management or project controls on medium to large-scale construction programs is required. Applicants should have a strong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP construction, along with advanced knowledge of financial reporting and Earned Value Management.
