Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Manager - Data Center, ANS

At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects you’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving—forever smarter, safer, and more sustainably.

• You’ll prepare scopes, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications.
• You’ll administer construction contracts from inception to closeout.
• You’ll oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials.
• You’ll manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite.
• You’ll review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• You’ll lead and document project meetings with owners, architects, and construction managers.
• You’ll report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality matters.

Work Location
:
Onsite at the client site. Some in‑person time is required for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. We will be flexible to support your specific work/life needs.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
• Outstanding negotiating skills.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers is highly desirable.
