Main Street Renewal is seeking a Renovation Superintendent to lead property renovations across our Metro Atlanta portfolio. You’ll perform inspections, develop repair bids, and oversee vendors to ensure work meets MS Renewal standards and approved pricing.
This role requires hands-on maintenance on occupied homes, strong communication, budget awareness, and the ability to travel to properties in the metro area. A HS diploma and 1+ years of renovation experience are preferred.
