Estimator – Civil / Underground Utilities
$85,000–$110,000 + up to 20% bonus + full benefits
We're recruiting for a leading infrastructure contractor that's scaling fast right now — this is a genuine growth hire, not a backfill.
What you'll be doing:You'll own cost estimates for underground utility projects from drawings through to bid review — take-offs, pricing, working with field teams and subs, and handing clean bids off to operations. Fast-paced, especially the first 90 days, but real room to grow into bigger and more complex bids over time.
What you need:- Background in civil construction, utilities, or underground infrastructure — as an Estimator, Project Engineer, or PM
- Comfortable reading drawings and specs, and experienced with take-offs or cost analysis
- Based in or able to commute to Tucker, GA (office-based, not remote)
HCSS Heavy Bid or Bluebeam experience, exposure to sewer/stormwater/trenchless work.
