A leading structural steel fabrication company is looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join its growing Atlanta team. With a strong pipeline of warehouse, advanced manufacturing, and commercial projects, this is an excellent opportunity to build your construction career with a respected company committed to quality and safety. You will support senior Project Managers throughout the full lifecycle of structural steel projects valued from $2M to $10M+.

• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and other project documentation
• Coordinate communication between office teams, field crews, vendors, and subcontractors
• Track project progress, costs, resources, budgets, and timelines
• Support quality control and site safety requirements
• Attend project meetings and prepare status reports

• 1+ years of construction, field, engineering, or project coordination experience; internships considered
• Basic ability to read structural and architectural drawings
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project is advantageous
• Structural steel or fabrication experience is a strong plus
