The company delivers custom‑fit power solutions for mission‑critical facilities, including busways, UPS, conduits, panel boards, RPPs, PDUs, and more, ensuring uptime for the world’s largest organizations.

The Project Coordinator will confirm schematics, equipment lists, and orders, track equipment from OEM to site delivery, and coordinate with construction trades, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and integration. Responsibilities include managing change orders, assisting the construction project manager in budget development, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting company policies and procedures. The role requires technical knowledge of data center and construction, strong communication skills, and hands‑on experience with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk tools.

Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination efforts using BIM, Revit, and virtual construction tools.

  • Possess a detailed understanding of all MEP systems, including sizing, cost, scheduling, quality control, system start‑up, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts—progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses—to protect the company’s interests while maintaining client relationships.
  • Ensure that project sites and company assets remain secure and maintain a safe, respectful working environment by implementing safety, OSHA, EEO, risk management, training, and quality control programs.
  • Confirm that change orders from subcontractors/suppliers are reasonable and that work is executed correctly; coordinate with the project manager for approval on extra charges.
  • Facilitate weekly project progress and safety meetings with subcontractor representatives and coordinate upcoming work.
  • Ensure the project closeout process is finalized, demobilize resources, and transition the project to the client.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on MEP and BIM‑related issues, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and specifications.
  • Oversee and coordinate the start‑up and commissioning process, including planning and execution.
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent trade experience.
  • 3 to 5+ years of commercial/critical facilities MEP construction experience—project size, scope, and complexity will factor into the required level.
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM 360 is required.
