Project Manager (Commercial Construction

Winter Construction is seeking a Project Manager to support our Hospitality projects.

Winter is not so large that there is a danger of becoming "just a number", but large enough that you benefit from sophisticated systems and approaches.

Winter provides a hybrid work environment, allowing for some flex-time regarding where you do your work.

• Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Willingness to travel throughout the southeastern United States to support projects.
• Background in managing ground-up hospitality projects of $20mm and above.
• Proficiency in Project Scheduling, Subcontractor Relations, & Project Financials.
