Our client is a Class A Interiors general contractor based in the Atlanta area, delivering high-end interior build-outs for a client base that keeps coming back to them project after project. They're a close-knit, growing business with a strong internal culture. This isn't a large, corporate environment, but a team where individual contribution is genuinely recognized.

As they continue to grow, our client is looking for an Estimator to join the preconstruction team, working directly alongside their Director of Preconstruction as a right-hand and key support to the function. This is a hands-on role with a genuine, structured training plan. You'll be learning the business from the ground up rather than being expected to hit the ground running on day one.

This role suits someone early in their estimating career, or someone making a transition into preconstruction from an adjacent, client-facing construction background.

• Supporting the Director of Preconstruction across estimating, budgeting, and bid preparation for interior build-out projects
• Building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and trade partners across the Atlanta market
• Assisting with take-offs, pricing, and proposal preparation
• Learning the full preconstruction process hands-on, with direct mentorship

• A 4-year degree is preferred, ideally in a related or technical field, though relevant work experience will also be considered
• Experience in a client-facing construction role is a plus — this could include time as a subcontractor, project engineer, assistant project manager, or junior estimator
• A genuine drive to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in preconstruction
• Someone who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment and enjoys being part of the day-to-day of the business, not just the numbers
