An established and growing commercial and industrial concrete contractor is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on projects throughout Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is committed to safety, quality, and delivering projects on schedule.

• Lead and supervise field crews to ensure productivity, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
• Maintain daily reports, production logs, time records, material logs, and project documentation.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks and enforce all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain current MSDS files and first aid kits.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and ACI standards to determine proper methods of execution.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, material deliveries, and project sequencing with the Project Manager.
• Monitor project milestones, labor productivity, budgets, and job costs.
• Document project issues, delays, field changes, and daily progress, including photo documentation.
• Ensure the latest construction documents are utilized in the field.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other superintendents to maintain project schedules.
• Perform surveying and layout as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Assist with project purchasing and material management.
• Organize and submit material delivery receipts on a weekly basis.
• Interpret project specifications, company policies, and work procedures for field personnel.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent on commercial concrete construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, reinforcing, placement, finishing, and installation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Working knowledge of ACI standards, tolerances, and quality control procedures.
• Experience managing schedules, manpower, production goals, and project budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with surveying and construction layout is preferred.
