Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Atlanta team and support a large-scale data center construction program in the metro area. Projects include hyperscale developments, campus expansions and associated infrastructure improvements.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of cost management experience in construction, familiarity with procurement routes, value management and value engineering, and strong communication skills; RICS accreditation is valuable.
