Goldenrod Companies is a vertically integrated real estate development, construction, and investment company with a national portfolio of commercial projects across hospitality, mixed-use, office, industrial, multifamily, and other asset classes.
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Atlanta team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial construction professional who wants to move from the general contractor side to an owner's representative role, working closely with development, design, and construction teams to help deliver complex commercial projects.

Responsibilities- Manage assigned projects through design and construction, maintaining budgets, schedules, and project reporting.
- Coordinate permitting and entitlement activities with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.
- Partner with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare scopes of work and assist with procurement of consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Review proposals, contracts, pay applications, invoices, and change orders for accuracy and cost control.
- Manage owner-procured items and coordinate delivery with project teams.
- Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and communicate project updates to leadership.
- Assist with due diligence efforts for new development opportunities as needed.
- Evaluate project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts while helping drive effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control.
- Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Hospitality construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in our Atlanta office Monday through Friday.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as projects require.
