TTL is seeking an ICC-certified special inspector to work on projects in the west Georgia area. Primary duties include performing special inspections including reinforced concrete, masonry, floor flatness, etc. The position is a full-time, permanent position that is expected to work on two projects in the West Georgia area for approximately 2 years, after which TTL may reassign to a different location.

A successful candidate needs to have demonstrated ability to successfully complete tasks without local supervision. Employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining authorization for work on restricted access sites.

• Perform on-site observations and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Prepare written daily reports to document findings
• Follow proper procedures, perform accurate computations, and maintains cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors, etc

• ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector certification
• Minimum 2 years of reinforced concrete inspection experience
• ICC Structural Masonry Special Inspector certification OR ability to acquire within 8 weeks of start date
• Certified F-number Technician (Floor Flatness/Floor Levelness) certification OR ability to acquire within 6 months of start date
• Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Possess sufficient stamina to work in outdoor (hot & cold) environment

• Minimum 2 years of structural masonry inspection experience
• Minimum 1 year of F-number (Floor Flatness/Floor Levelness) experience
