Job Overview
Ryan Companies US, Inc. is looking for a Construction Project Manager I to join our National Mission Critical team.
Responsibilities- Administer assigned projects, overseeing specific project phases under supervision.
- Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
- Cultivate and grow relationships with project owners, professional groups, and contractors.
- Engage in pre‑construction activities: develop bid procedures, review bids, qualify vendors & subcontractors, estimate, and schedule.
- Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control program and commissioning processes.
- Lead construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Lead construction progress meetings and oversee design development.
- Travel to projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Verification of employment to work in the U.S. is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools.
- Excellent communication, customer focus, professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
- Mission Critical Data Center project experience.
- Knowledge of complex mission‑critical MEP systems.
- Understanding of early turnover dates and mission‑critical commissioning processes.
- Experience with critical work methods of procedures process.
