Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical

Job Overview

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is looking for a Construction Project Manager I to join our National Mission Critical team.

• Administer assigned projects, overseeing specific project phases under supervision.
• Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow relationships with project owners, professional groups, and contractors.
• Engage in pre‑construction activities: develop bid procedures, review bids, qualify vendors & subcontractors, estimate, and schedule.
• Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control program and commissioning processes.
• Lead construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings and oversee design development.
• Travel to projects as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Verification of employment to work in the U.S. is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools.
• Excellent communication, customer focus, professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

• Mission Critical Data Center project experience.
• Knowledge of complex mission‑critical MEP systems.
• Understanding of early turnover dates and mission‑critical commissioning processes.
• Experience with critical work methods of procedures process.
