job detailsessential duties and responsibilities
· lead and mentor teams across the project lifecycle.
· manage customer work orders across multiple work streams from initiation to completion to billing.
· prepare, manage, and report on project pipeline and backlog.
· ensure field construction aligns with customer priorities and deadlines.
· facilitate meetings and discussions with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
· review/manage project schedules and constraints, providing input to support customer objectives.
· build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
· serve as the primary client contact for coordination, strategic planning, scope management, and compliance.
· develop and implement project policies, procedures, control systems, and execution plans.
· ensure deliverables and services meet client expectations.
· provide regular updates on progress, costs, schedules, procurement, safety, environmental concerns, design issues, and billing to leadership.
· foster positive working relationships with internal teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
· resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary to minimize delays.
· manage change orders effectively.
· lead process improvement initiatives, including but not limited to it-related enhancements.
· perform other duties as assigned.

· excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· valid driver's license (required for site visits).
· willingness and ability to travel to project sites across the united states. Education, experience, and credentials
· 10+ years of relevant experience or a university degree in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering, or construction management.
