Your Roleat Acousti

The Safety Managerisresponsibleforimplementing ,managing,andcontinuouslyimprovingthecompany’ssafetyprogramsacrossmultiplejobsitesandregions.

Thispositionplaysavitalroleinprotectingemployees,subcontractors,andcompanyassetsbyenforcingcompliancewithfederal,state,andlocalsafetyregulationsandbestpractices.

Theidealcandidatehasdeepknowledgeofconstructionsafety,particularlyindrywall,framing,andacousticalceilingtile(ACT) environments,andispassionateaboutmentoringfieldteamstocreateacultureofsafetyexcellence.

Responsibilities

• Overseeandenforcecompanysafetypoliciesacrossmultiplelocationsandjobsites
• Conductregularsiteinspectionsandimplementcorrectiveactionswhennecessary
• Developandreview Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs),Job Safety Analyses (JSAs),andpre-taskplanningdocumentation
• Coordinateandleadsafetystand-downmeetingsandtoolboxtalks
• Providesafetymentorshipandguidancetofieldpersonnelandsubcontractors
• Ensureproperuseoffallprotectionsystems,scaffolding,andaerialequipment(scissor lift,boomlift,forklifts)
• Manageincidentreporting,investigation processes,androotcauseanalysis
• Conductnewhireandongoingsafetytraining,includingleadershipandfield-specificsafetytopics
• StaycurrentwithOSHAregulationsandensurecompany-wide compliance
• Assistwiththedevelopmentanddeliveryofsafety-relatedcontentinboth

• Maintaincertificationsanddocumentationinlinewithcompanystandardsandregulatoryrequirements

What We’reLookingforin You

• 5–10yearsofconstructionsafetyexperience,preferablyindrywall,framing,andACTenvironments
• Experiencemanagingsafetyoperationsacrossmultiplejobsites
• Strongbackgroundworkingwithsubcontractorsandenforcingsitesafetycompliance
• BCSPSTSCcertificationorhigher(required)
• OSHA
  510certification(required);
  
  OSHA
  500(preferred)
• ProficiencywithdevelopingJSAs,SSSPs,andmanagingfallprotectionandscaffoldingprotocols
• First Aid,CPR,andAEDCertified(Trainer preferred)
• Bilingual(English/Spanish) aplus
• Excellent communication,leadership,andorganizationalskills

Preferred Qualifications

• Safety Trainer certification(OSHAorotherrecognizedbodies)
• Familiaritywithsafetymanagementsoftwareandreportingtools
• Previousexperiencedeliveringbilingualtrainingsessions
