Job Description

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Duration: Immediate Start

Position Overview

Condustrial is currently seeking a Certified Flagger for a road construction and traffic control project in Dahlonega, GA
. The ideal candidate must have a current flagger certification and be committed to maintaining a safe work environment for both motorists and construction crews.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic safely through active construction work zones.
• Use stop/slow paddles and proper hand signals.
• Set up and remove cones, signs, barricades, and other traffic control devices.
• Monitor traffic flow and adjust as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the construction crew.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Assist with light general labor duties when traffic control is not required.

Requirements

• Current Flagger Certification (Required)
• High-visibility safety vest
• Steel-toe boots
• Reliable transportation to report to the Dahlonega yard each morning
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and communication
