Construction Project Manager; Water​/Wastewater

A leading heavy civil and water/wastewater contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the Atlanta area. • Manage water/wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project forecasting.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Review and approve subcontractor payments, procurement activities, and project documentation.
• Support business development efforts and assist with project pursuits when needed.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience on water/wastewater construction projects.
• Direct experience managing pump stations, lift stations, force mains, or related utility infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of municipal construction contracts and project delivery methods.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Viewpoint, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
