Cost Manager – Infrastructure & Capital Projects

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans incorporating benchmarking data for review
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to optimize project efficiency
• Identify potential risks and help maintain the project’s Risk Register
• Contribute to pre-contract process meetings with cost-related insights
• Create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance
• Attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document key discussion points and actions
• Participate in design team meetings, assess cost implications, and implement agreed outcomes
• Assist in developing standardized project templates for consistent documentation
• Prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports
• Oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews
• Work remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center
• Participate in in-person collaboration, learning, relationship building, and client, peer, leader, and community engagement

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or another cost/construction-focused field
• 2+ years of minimum cost management experience
• Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
• Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
• Proficient in advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates and bills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organized and detail oriented

Demonstrates expertise in cost management, including cost estimation, value engineering, and risk assessment within construction projects. Proficient in utilizing CostX and Microsoft Office tools to enhance project efficiency and financial performance.
