General Concrete Laborer

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with experience in concrete finishing to support our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a team‑oriented environment.

• Assist with all phases of construction, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
• Support concrete operations including pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing
• Perform basic concrete finishing tasks such as screeding, edging, floating, and troweling
• Set and strip concrete forms as directed
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with foremen, equipment operators, and other crew members

• Previous experience in construction required
• Concrete finishing experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
