• Assist with projectlogistics(clean up, material storage, waterpumpingetc.)
• Support project team in construction and installation of safety measures
• Activelyparticipatein Task Hazard Analysis (THA)
• Work in an organized manner
• Complete certification courses (spotter, flagger, OSHA 10, fire watch etc.)
• Utilize common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools (hammer, shovel, waterpump, hammer drill,saw,demolition hammer, etc.)
• Assist other trades when necessary

• 1 year of experience as alaborer in commercial construction projects
• Identifycommon construction materials, hand tools, and power tools
• Understand construction terminology
• Proven commitment to Safety
• Abletoworknight shifts when needed
• Must have reliable transportation to/fromthe job site
• Ability to work independently andfollow instructions
• Mustbe self-motivated and can work well with others
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
• Abilityto perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing 50 pounds
• Ability to squat, crawl,and work in confined spaces
• Minimum age 18+
• Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
