We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a growing team supporting some of the most advanced construction projects in the country, including Mission Critical, Data Center, Industrial Manufacturing, and Advanced Technology facilities
.
This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading field operations, and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality.
What You'll Do- Lead daily field operations on complex construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, trade coordination, and project logistics
- Drive jobsite safety culture and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate schedules, production activities, and project milestones
- Facilitate daily huddles, trade partner meetings, and coordination meetings
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners
- Support quality control, project documentation, and project closeout activities
- Identify project risks, solve field challenges, and maintain project momentum
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably
- 5+ years of construction experience
- 3+ years of field leadership or superintendent experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades simultaneously
- Strong scheduling, planning, and coordination skills
- Experience leading safety initiatives and maintaining a zero-incident mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively with owners, project teams, and trade partners
- Background in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, healthcare, federal, or other complex construction environments
- Mission Critical or Data Center construction
- Advanced Manufacturing or Industrial projects
- Semiconductor facilities
- Lean Construction, Pull Planning, or Last Planner experience
- Experience using construction technology platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools
Candidates may be based locally or in surrounding markets.
