They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple HVAC and mechanical construction projects throughout all phases of delivery.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans.
- Lead communication with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee project financial performance, including cost control, change orders, and billing.
- Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Support preconstruction efforts, estimating reviews, and project planning activities.
- Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all assigned projects.
- Assist with risk management, contract administration, and project closeout documentation.
- 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
- Background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, or large-scale MEP construction.
- Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, higher education, or similar projects.
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract management.
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
