They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Our client is a well-established mechanical contractor with a strong reputation across the Southeast, delivering high-profile projects within healthcare, mission-critical/data center, industrial, higher education, and commercial markets.

They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple HVAC and mechanical construction projects throughout all phases of delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans.
  • Lead communication with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including cost control, change orders, and billing.
  • Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Support preconstruction efforts, estimating reviews, and project planning activities.
  • Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all assigned projects.
  • Assist with risk management, contract administration, and project closeout documentation.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
  • Background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, or large-scale MEP construction.
  • Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, higher education, or similar projects.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract management.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
