Reporting to the Estimating Leadership Team, you will lead the accurate preparation of commercial mechanical proposals (HVAC, piping, plumbing) across a high-profile multi-market portfolio.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years estimating mechanical trades (HVAC, piping, plumbing) for a major GC or Mechanical Subcontractor.
  • Education: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Core

    Skills:

    Proficiency in mechanical equipment, piping/ductwork takeoffs, labor cost estimation, drawing analysis, and site MEP assessments.
  • Tech Stack: Hands‑on experience with Trimble/Quick Pen, FastPIPE/FastDUCT, Cost‑OS, On‑Center/OST, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, and Excel.
